I'm 50 years old. All my life I've been physically active. In my twenties I was heavily involved in martial arts. I had an instructor (Carl Beaman) who at the time was National Kick Boxing Champion. I was his sparring partner for almost 2 years in the 1970s. In the 1980s I really got into lifting weights and bodybuilding. In 1989 I was house cleaning one day and finished up late in the evening.
